Executive Profile
Managing Director: Ntumeleni Paulus Moyana, BBA (SA) Ntume is a qualified marketing professional and holds South African business management degree. Ntume became the Managing Director of WasteServ in September 2011, after two years he spent with Onsitewaste Management Solutions as the Sales & Marketing Manager and co-founder. Prior to this, Ntume spent five years with the Wasteman Holdings as a Senior Sales Consultant. Ntume has acquired extensive technical experience of sales and marketing in the waste & environmental industry over the past ten years.
Executive Finance Director: Paul Inbona, MBA (INSEAD) Paul is an Engineer and holds several French accounting and finance degrees, and an MBA from INSEAD. Paul has acquired extensive experience of project finance, financial structuring and financial management in Sub-Saharan Africa over his 20-year career. Paul spent several years in Wasteman Group as the Chief Financial Officer. Paul was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Ruashi Mining in DRC. He was appointed as the Executive Finance Director in 2011.
Executive Director: Margaret Nolufefe Mkhentane Margaret was born in Cumakala, Eastern Cape province. Margaret joined WastServ as a Marketing & Sales Consultant in 2008, following three years with a security company. Margaret became Sales Manager in 2010 and was appointed Commercial Manager in 2011.

About Us | A Brief History
Wasteserv was founded in the early 2005’s as leading black empowered company in South Africa, that specialises in waste management,, recycling, scrap metal recovery and waste engineering. In 2011, Paul Inbona was appointed as Chief Financial Officer, WasteServ Environmental Solutions has a 75% black ownership.
